Jeffrey Halstead (b. Pickering, Ontario, 1984) is a multidisciplinary artist who works in physical installation, photogrammetry, computer animation, 3D modeling, and printed matter. Halstead has exhibited his work nationally and internationally, including solo and group exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, and Venice. Halstead lives and works in New York, USA, and Toronto, CA, and is a Sessional Professor in the Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University.

In addition to earning his MFA (2023) from Columbia University, Halstead holds an M.Arch (2014) from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, where he graduated with distinction, was awarded the Frank Gehry prize for best graduate thesis, and received the Alpha-Rho-Chi medal. Prior to pursuing his MFA, Halstead worked closely with the architect Frank Gehry on residential and institutional projects. Halstead is a three times MacDowell Fellow and an Art Omi Resident.
